If your question is one we've heard a lot, the quickest path to an answer is the FAQ on the home page — it covers the ten questions new users ask most often, from whether DecorAI respects a Victorian terrace to how much it costs in pounds.
In-app help
Account, billing and redesign-specific questions are usually faster to resolve from inside the app: open Settings → Help and tap the topic that applies. You can attach screenshots there and we see them alongside your account context, which saves a round of back-and-forth.
Response times
- Support — within one UK working day
- Press — within one UK working day; include a deadline if you have one
- Privacy / GDPR — acknowledged within 48 hours; full response within 30 calendar days as required by UK data protection law
- Trade enquiries — within two UK working days
Where we are
DecorAI Ltd is a UK-registered company, trading across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time; messages outside those hours are picked up the next working day.
