1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and DecorAI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("DecorAI", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using DecorAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use DecorAI
DecorAI is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian. You must have the legal right to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction where you live.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Your content & licence to us
You retain ownership of any photo you upload. In order to generate your redesigns, you grant DecorAI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your uploaded photos solely to provide the service to you. That licence ends when you delete the photo or close your account.
You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI-generated redesigns
Redesigns are generated using AI models. You may use the generated images for your own personal, non-commercial planning and to brief decorators, stagers or tradespeople. Commercial redistribution of AI-generated images is outside the scope of a personal subscription.
AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, feasible, or to respect real-world constraints (planning permission, building regulations, structural reality). Use DecorAI as a visual aid, not a specification.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of spaces you do not have permission to photograph
- Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or that depicts a child in any unsafe context
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the DecorAI service
- Use DecorAI to mislead or deceive — for example, by passing off AI-generated images as real photographs of a property for sale or let
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute DecorAI output as a standalone product
7. Subscriptions & pricing
DecorAI offers a free tier plus paid plans. All paid plans are priced in pounds sterling (£ GBP), inclusive of UK VAT. Current tiers:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account — DecorAI cannot cancel on your behalf.
8. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google respectively under their own policies. Under UK consumer law, you may also have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction if you have not yet started using the paid content.
9. Intellectual property
The DecorAI name, logo, design, codebase, and any content we create (excluding the photos you upload) are owned by DecorAI Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
10. Service availability
We aim for DecorAI to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, new releases, outages and upstream AI model issues may cause occasional downtime.
11. Disclaimers & liability
DecorAI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecorAI Ltd disclaims all implied warranties (fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement).
We do not exclude or limit liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. For all other loss, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you have paid DecorAI Ltd in that period (or £50, whichever is greater).
DecorAI is a visualisation tool. We are not liable for renovation decisions you make on the strength of an AI-generated image — please confirm anything structural with a qualified tradesperson.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email or in-app message at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You can close your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Where possible we will give you notice and a chance to put things right first.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
